Frequently asked questions

Have questions about our delivery service in Antananarivo? Find below the answers to the queries most often raised by our customers — businesses, e-commerces and individuals.

What is Ateroo?

Ateroo is a Malagasy last-mile delivery and logistics app, built to match Madagascar's local realities. Its name comes from the Malagasy word "atero" meaning "bring it" or "deliver it". Ateroo connects businesses, e-commerces and individuals through a network of relay points, real-time parcel tracking and secure cash-on-delivery (COD) handling — everywhere in Antananarivo and soon in the provinces.

How do I track my parcel?

Use the tracking bar on our homepage or the Ateroo app with the order number you received by email or SMS. You'll see the current status, the last scan and the expected delivery window in real time.

How long does Ateroo take to deliver?

Same-day or next-day (J+1) inside Antananarivo for most parcels picked up before noon. Delivery to provincial hubs depends on the partner carrier's schedule — typically 2 to 4 working days.

Where can I drop off my parcel?

Drop your parcels at any Ateroo relay point across Antananarivo (partner shops, agencies or known landmarks), or schedule a home pickup from the Ateroo app — whichever is easier for you.
